HOMEX CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data belonging to our website visitors, employees, employee candidates, interns, customers, customer candidates, suppliers, supplier candidates, participants of the fairs and organizations we participate in or organize, authorized persons and employees of the persons and organizations with whom we establish a business or contractual relationship are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and legal regulations. The procedure for receiving and processing personal data and the legal rights of data subjects are explained as follows:

1- Pursuant to Article 3 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Homex Ev Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Homex") will record, store, update, process, disclose and transfer your personal data to third parties in accordance with the Law as "data controller" pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. It will also take the necessary security measures to protect the data.

2- Your personal data such as your identity information, visual records, etc. may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, verbally, in writing or electronically, by means of automatic or non-automatic methods, such as e-mail, telephone, website, various contracts, forms and minutes kept in paper media, by our company as the data controller, through the contact form on our company's website, the information shared with our call center and our units, and the conditions and legal reasons set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

3- The collected personal data may be processed by our company for the following purposes in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Law, in accordance with the law and honesty rules, to be accurate and up-to-date when necessary, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, in a limited and measured manner, for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed;

  • To ensure that the activities carried out by our Company are carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation and company policies,
  • To provide better service to our users on our website and to improve our services,
  • Realization of product/service offers, all kinds of information, advertising-promotion, promotion, sales and marketing activities,
  • Development work can be carried out by us or our business partners for the preferences of our customers,
  • Preparation and delivery of your product orders and execution of all other necessary processes by our business units,
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations in terms of personal data of our employees,
  • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons who are in business relations with our Company, our business partners and affiliates,
  • Carrying out the necessary work by our units to benefit personal data subjects depending on the product, service or commercial activity offered by our company;
  • It may be processed for the purposes of determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company.

4- The personal data collected may be transferred to persons with whom we have a business relationship, our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized institutions and organizations in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. The personal data of our employees may also be transferred to the persons, institutions and organizations specified in paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the Law.

5- Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, personal data owners; to learn whether their personal data has been processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, if any, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request notification of the correction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, taking into account the legal periods. The right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law and to request notification of this situation to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data is reserved.

6- Personal data owners can submit their rights and requests specified in Article 11 of the Law by filling out the "Application Form Regarding Personal Data" on our website and sending a wet signed copy to our company headquarters at the address "AOSB 1. Kısım Mah. Atatürk Blv. No:20 Döşemealtı / Antalya" by mail or by e-mail to our registered electronic mail (KEP) address homex@hs03.kep.tr, together with the information and documents related to the request, if any. In order for a third party to make an application on behalf of the personal data owner, there must be a special power of attorney issued by the personal data owner on behalf of the person who will make the application.

7- Requests duly submitted to our Company will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest in accordance with Article 13 of the Law. If the response to the application requires a separate cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
