How can I get a new password if I forgot mine?

Navigate to the page with password retrieval steps by clicking on the "Forgot my password" link on the "My Home" page. Enter the email address you used during registration into the Email field and click on the "Send" button. The link necessary for setting a new password will be promptly sent to your email address.

You can click on this link to set a new password, which you can then safely use for future membership logins.

How can I update my membership information?

Enter your email and password information from the "My Home" page. After your session is opened, click on the "My Profile" tab. From this tab, you can update your membership information. After making changes, click on the "Save" button to save your information.

How should I enter my personal information into the Tommatech-home Online Sales system?

Make sure to provide accurate email and phone number information when signing up for the Tommatech-home Online Sales system. Your email address and phone number will be used for all kinds of notifications regarding your orders.

Why am I required to provide my Turkish Republic Identification Number in the Tommatech-home Online Sales system?

As announced in the Official Gazette numbered 26274 dated 9/8/2006, it has been made mandatory to write the Turkish Republic Identification Number on invoices issued to real persons as of 1/1/2007.

Will I have to pay VAT for the product I purchase in the Tommatech-home Online Sales system?

All our product prices include all taxes and VAT.

 

Can I make payments for my orders via wire transfer/EFT?

You can only pay for your orders with your credit card. We are currently in the process of improving our wire transfer and EFT payment systems to provide you with better service.

Can I make payments at the door?

We currently do not offer the cash on delivery option, but we are working on the cash on delivery process to provide you with better service.

 

Am I safe when shopping with my credit card?

There is a key symbol at the bottom of your browser on every page where you enter your personal information. This symbol indicates that none of the information you submit via your browser can be seen by third parties. High security standards apply to all purchases made on our website.

 

Can I make installment payments?

You can access installment payment options from participating banks by clicking on the "Installment Options" tab on the product page you wish to order. After completing the credit card selection on the payment page, you can choose the desired number of installments.

 

Which credit cards can I use for installment purchases?

You can make installment purchases with Bonus, Maximum, and World credit cards.

 

Can I make changes to my invoice information after placing an order?

According to tax legislation, it is not possible to make changes to the information on e-archive invoices.

 

3D Secure

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is an authentication system developed by card organizations to ensure the security of online shopping. It is also known as the process of confirming credit card transactions with a password. The application used for Visa Credit Card is called "Verified by Visa", and for MasterCard, it is called "SecureCode".

 

Is 3D Secure secure?

In order for a transaction made with the 3D Secure system to be valid, the cardholder must confirm the transaction with a special payment password sent to them by the bank.

You can click on this link to set a new password and use it securely for your future login attempts.

In order for a transaction made with the 3D Secure system to be considered valid, the cardholder needs to confirm the transaction with a unique payment password sent to them by the bank
For your credit card to be enabled for 3D Secure, your registered mobile phone information with the bank must be up to date. After the "Summary" page in transactions carried out with 3D Secure, the subsequent screen that appears is controlled by your bank. After a short period of time following the appearance of the screen, your bank will send your one-time 3D Secure password to your mobile phone via text message. Return Policy

If you wish to return a product purchased from our website, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery by filling out the return section located under your invoice, along with the original packaging, all accompanying documents sent to you, and the invoice without damaging the original packaging. If the product is an accessory, you can return it by delivering it to the nearest Yurtiçi Cargo branch. If the purchased product is a major household appliance, you can contact the call center at 444 50 61 to submit your return request. The product will be picked up by our side.
The refund for the returned product can be processed in installments by the bank according to the agreement you have signed with the bank
You can find the warranty periods for all our products through the Warranty Policies link. All products sold in our online store are covered by the warranty policies specified on our website.
You can have the defective product repaired or replaced under warranty by contacting the nearest authorized service center with the invoice and warranty certificate. For information on the nearest authorized service center, you need to contact our Call Center (444 50 61)
When a newly purchased product is found to be defective, you can request repair, replacement, or refund. During delivery, please ensure to open the packaging of the products and check if the product is delivered to you intact. Once you are sure that there is no damage to the product, sign the delivery note and accept the delivery. However, if the product is found to be damaged, please do not accept the delivery, prepare a damage assessment report, and kindly inform our Call Center at 444 50 61 about the situation. Opening the packaging during delivery does not void the warranty.
